Good to know
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No — order from a single crate upwards. For larger quantities and pallets we offer individual terms, just ask when requesting a quote.
How quickly do you deliver?
Your fixed delivery date is shown in your quote — in Vienna and the surrounding area we usually deliver within a few working days.
How does the deposit/packaging work?
All prices are per item including packaging — there is no separate deposit added. What you see is what you pay.
What payment methods are available?
Cash on delivery or on invoice by arrangement — we clarify the details in the quote.
Do you also sell to private individuals?
No — we supply business customers exclusively: hospitality, kiosks, retailers and event organisers.
