How we handle your data: enquiries, WhatsApp, server data and the map display.

Enquiries
If you contact us via the form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (company, name, email, phone, enquiry content, wishlist, delivery address, preferred delivery time) in order to process your enquiry and provide you with a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures). The data is transmitted encrypted and deleted after 90 days, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Files cannot be uploaded via the form.
If you message us via the WhatsApp link, the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Limited additionally applies. We process the information transmitted there solely to process your enquiry.
Wishlist in your browser
Your selected products are stored exclusively locally in your browser (local storage) so that the wishlist is retained when you change pages. This data is not transmitted to us and can be deleted by you at any time.
Cookie settings
Your choices regarding necessary functions and external content are stored locally in your browser. Details and an option to withdraw your consent can be found in our cookie policy.
Map display (OpenStreetMap)
The map on the "Delivery" page is only loaded after you click on it. Doing so retrieves map tiles from the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation; your IP address is transmitted to OpenStreetMap in the process. No transmission takes place without your click.
Fonts
The font used is hosted locally on our own server. No data is transmitted to Google to load the font.
Server log files
When you access the website, technically necessary data (IP address, time, page accessed, browser type) is processed to ensure the operation and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Processors
Hosting, database and email dispatch (confirmation and internal enquiry emails) are provided via Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated) and its associated cloud infrastructure. Data storage location: European Union (data centre in Ireland, region eu-west-1). Where data is processed outside the EU, this is done on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please contact office@gmapt.at for this purpose. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority: dsb.gv.at.
